“倒計(jì)時(shí)”制度因有時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),逆序計(jì)時(shí),翻轉(zhuǎn)了教師的時(shí)間知覺(jué),凸顯了時(shí)間的稀缺性、緊迫性而產(chǎn)生壓力。加速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代社會(huì),效率至上,速度崇拜,時(shí)間價(jià)值彰顯,催生了大學(xué)教師的“倒計(jì)時(shí)”制度。它與閑情逸致的學(xué)術(shù)時(shí)間要求相對(duì),有悖學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)律,帶來(lái)學(xué)術(shù)平庸,引發(fā)恐慌焦慮,因此,“倒計(jì)時(shí)”制度猶如高舉著皮鞭的監(jiān)工,驅(qū)使著教師競(jìng)速奔跑,擔(dān)驚受怕。社會(huì)加速邏輯帶來(lái)的時(shí)間效應(yīng),大學(xué)優(yōu)績(jī)主義體現(xiàn)的時(shí)間偏好,教師效率追求凸顯的時(shí)間功利,促使教師感覺(jué)時(shí)間如鞭。擺脫“倒計(jì)時(shí)”制度對(duì)教師帶來(lái)的時(shí)間“囚籠”,需要建構(gòu)共鳴邏輯、同步邏輯與賦權(quán)邏輯,以放慢時(shí)間節(jié)奏,緩解加速壓力。
The "Countdown" system brings pressure on university teachers because of its time node and calculation method of countdown,which overturns teachers' perceptions of time and highlights the urgency and scarcity of time.The "Countdown" system arises as a result of the accelerated development of modern society,the supremacy of efficiency,the worship of speed,and the emphasis on time value.Contrary to the leisure time that academic work demands,the “Countdown” system violates academic rules,brings academic mediocrity,and then causes panic and anxiety to university teachers.Therefore,the "countdown" system functions similarly as a supervisor,brandishing a whip and driving university teachers to race in terror.University teachers feel time is like a whip due to the time effect brought by the logic of social acceleration,time preference embodied by university meritocracy and time utilitarianism resulted from teachers’ pursuit of efficiency.To get rid of the temporal "cage" imposed by the "countdown" system,it is necessary to construct resonance logic,synchronization logic,and empowerment logic.University teachers should slow down the pace of time,and relieve their pressure that comes with social acceleration.
