實(shí)踐育人是新時(shí)代地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的主要途徑。土壤地理學(xué)是農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境專(zhuān)業(yè)骨干課,存在著實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J絾我?、?shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容綜合性和創(chuàng)新性不足等問(wèn)題。因此,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)資源與環(huán)境專(zhuān)業(yè)技能競(jìng)賽為引導(dǎo),改革實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和內(nèi)容,以賽促教,以賽促學(xué)。結(jié)論:(1)實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容重構(gòu)更新,按認(rèn)識(shí)理解、綜合應(yīng)用和研究創(chuàng)新三個(gè)層次,設(shè)置基礎(chǔ)驗(yàn)證、綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)和創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用三個(gè)模塊的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目;(2)以專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐技能大賽任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)為主線(xiàn),將教學(xué)過(guò)程分為課前、課中和課后三階段,“專(zhuān)-創(chuàng)-賽”有機(jī)融合,賽創(chuàng)結(jié)合,讓學(xué)生“做中學(xué)”,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新內(nèi)驅(qū)力,取得了全國(guó)專(zhuān)業(yè)技能大賽一等獎(jiǎng)的好成績(jī);(3)依托土壤巖礦標(biāo)本展廳的實(shí)踐平臺(tái),強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、過(guò)程和效果的“三位一體”過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià),推進(jìn)耕讀-勞動(dòng)教育相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)“專(zhuān)-創(chuàng)-賽-思-勞”有機(jī)融合,提高實(shí)踐育人的“溫度和厚度”。
Practical education is the main way to transform and develop, and cultivate applied talents for local undergraduate universities in the new era. Soil geography is a core professional course in the field of agricultural resources and environment, which faces problems such as a single experimental mode, insufficient comprehensiveness and innovation of experimental content. Therefore, guided by the agricultural resources and environmental professional skills competition, this article reforms the experimental teaching design and content, promoting teaching and learning through competition. Conclusion: (1) Refactoring and updating the experimental content, setting up experimental projects in three modules: basic verification, comprehensive experiments, and innovative applications, based on three levels of understanding, comprehensive application, and research innovation; (2) Driven by the task of professional practice skills competition, the teaching process is divided into three stages: pre class, in class, and post class. The organic integration of "specialization innovation competition" promotes teaching through competition and combines competition innovation, allowing students to "learn by doing" and enhance their internal drive for innovation. This has achieved a good result of first prize in the National Professional Skills Competition; (3) Based on the practical platform of soil rock and mineral specimen exhibition hall, we will strengthen the "three in one" process evaluation of learning attitude, process, and effect, promote the combination of farming and labor education, achieve the organic integration of "specialization creativity competition thinking labor", and improve the "warmth and thickness" of practical education.
